The U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s (HUD) HUD User program is the agency’s online clearing house for HUD’s Office of Policy Development and Research (PD&R). This office is the primary source for federal government reports, statistics, and articles on housing policy and programs, economic development, and other housing related topics.
