The O‘ahu General Plan for the City and County of Honolulu is intended to be a dynamic document, expressing the aspirations of the residents of O‘ahu. It sets forth the long-range objectives and policies for the general welfare and, together with the regional development plans, provides a direction and framework to guide the programs and activities of the City and County of Honolulu.


Public input on the General Plan Update is welcomed.  You can learn about the update process – O‘ahu 2035 – and share your input with DPP at:  www.honoluludpp.org/Planning/GeneralPlan
